At Family Ties Haven, we believe that every strong partnership starts with trust, respect, and a shared commitment to supporting families. For us, that partnership is embodied in the work we do every single day with Family Case Managers (FCMs).
The Heart of Collaboration
FCMs are more than professional contacts—they are the heartbeat of our collaboration with the Indiana Department of Child Services. They stand on the frontlines with families, navigating complex challenges and ensuring children’s safety and well-being. For us, FCMs are trusted partners, guiding us with their insight, expertise, and dedication.
The Bridge to Families
Through FCMs, we gain the opportunity to walk alongside families who need care, support, and guidance. They are the bridge that connects our services to the parents, children, and caregivers we serve. Without them, we wouldn’t have the privilege to step in and provide home-based casework, supervised visits, parent education, or homemaker support.
Why We Value Them
Trusted Relationship Builders: When an FCM refers a family to us, it’s not just a referral—it’s an extension of trust. It means they believe in our ability to deliver quality, compassionate services.
Collaborative Partners: We rely on FCMs’ insight to ensure our work is aligned with family goals, court expectations, and the broader case plan.
Advocates for Children: Their tireless advocacy ensures that children have the chance to thrive, even in difficult circumstances.
Our Commitment to FCMs
To every FCM we work with, we want to say thank you. Thank you for your trust in our team, your willingness to partner with us, and your commitment to children and families across Indiana. At Family Ties, we pledge to remain transparent, responsive, and client-centered—because your work deserves nothing less.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we are making a difference.
