About the Role
As a Home-Based Casework Facilitator (1099 Contractor), you will play a critical role in supporting families involved with the child welfare system by providing hands-on, individualized services in their home and/or community environments. This opportunity is designed to help parents and caregivers develop the skills, routines, and strategies necessary to achieve stability, meet court-ordered goals, and promote healthy family dynamics.

This includes addressing barriers related to parenting, employment, budgeting, time management, discipline, communication, and home organization. You will help clients create and follow through on goals that align with Department of Child Services (DCS) case plans, while also equipping them with tools for long-term success beyond involvement with the child welfare system.
This role requires high emotional intelligence, cultural humility, and a strong commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and evidence-based practice. Facilitators must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing their own schedules while producing high-quality documentation and timely reports.
